24 Hours Rule
We are extremely apologetic that you feel the need to return our product and we would like to know about it at the earliest to assist you better. Thus, if you have received any damaged or defective product, we require you to contact us at contact@soulnroot.com within 24 hours.

We try to reach almost every location in India. But there are some zones which our delivery agent can't reach. We will inform you within 2 working days in such cases and give you an option to cancel the order or provide us with an alternative shipping address.
