Stronger Memory in the simplest way possible.

Follow these tips, and you will see the difference in your memory:-

  1. Take 7 pieces of almonds and put them in a glass jar full of water. Early morning just peel the cover and properly crush the white part of the almonds. Mix it with boiling 250 ml of milk. Let it heat for 4 mins and then add 1 spoon of Ghee and 1 teaspoon of Honey. Let it cool down. Have this at room temperature. Take it regularly for 10- 15 days, and you will see the change.

  2. As an alternative, you can constantly just chew soaked almonds in the morning. But make sure you chew them properly and then have hot milk over them.
