  • How is it produced?

    Our bee keeper(s) travel with Honey Bees around the Himalayas looking for fresh sunflower fields and allow honey bees to collect nector from sunflower to produce Sunflower Honey. The raw Sunflower honey that is produced is then collected from the bee hives without appliying any heat as appliying heat can make honey runnier and kills off the good enzymes

    Among all the features of Sunflower honey it is important to note that the most interesting fact about Sunflower Honey is that it rapidily crystalliszes even at room temperature. This is because we do not extract honey by applying heat.

    Tip: you can always place the honey bottle it in some hot water to decrystalise it but make sure the temperature is not higher than 40 °C.
