Also, we request you to return the products that are unused and has the original packaging and Invoice.
You need to write to us in 24hrs of receiving the order and we will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with the further process. Although, we request you to note that we reserve the right to inspect a returned product before processing the refund. The amount to be refunded will be done through the same online mode of payment that it was originally made, within 15 days of the request being verified and subject to the issuing bank's policy.
