We accept to deliver our products available on our Website in the Indian subcontinent only (including its Union Territories) at no extra cost.

We cannot warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased by you or available on our Website will meet your specific expectations, or we will be able to cure any errors in the Service without a cost.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We ship our products via courier from our humble warehouse located in New Delhi to your desired address provided you share with us an accurate delivery address.
We usually process an order on the same day provided it is a working day and the successfully ship our products to your desired address within 3-4 Working days. However, there may also be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of an unforeseen circumstance or the delivery zone but we assure you that we will get your product(s) delivered to you at the earliest. (Refer 'Force Majeure' mentioned in a later clause).
We further assure you that if for some reason the order cannot be delivered due to reasons not attributable to us, we shall consider the order as Terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the Termination of the order.
As we offer Free Shipping we would like you to note that it is only available in India.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
As a policy, we would never want you to pay for anything extra other than what you pay for the product. That said, the prices on our Website include GST (Goods & Service Tax) and Shipping is free of cost.
We will mention all the correct prices of our products on our Website and in the case, there is an obvious error, we will inform you within 2 working days and give you the option of confirming or cancelling your order. If you choose to cancel, we will certainly refund the amount due within 15 days of cancellation. but, if you choose to continue with the order at the correct price we will send you a revised invoice to pay the difference amount. Also, we would like to clarify that it would be our discretion to provide you with any product at the incorrect/lower price if the error is an obvious one and could have been reasonably recognized by you.
When you have decided as to what you wish to buy you can follow the payment process and verify the information requested. Before final payment, you can always modify the details of your order at any given time. That said, we do not accept Cash on Delivery due to Covid – 19 and we encourage you to use debit or credit cards for online payments.
We understand credit/ debit card information is extremely sensitive so to minimize the risk of non-authorized access we keep your credit/debit card details encrypted.
INVOICE
Every time you purchase any product(s) from our Website, we automatically raise an invoice with the details of your order and a physical copy of the Invoice will be sent to you along with the products when delivered and also to make it more convenient for you we will share an Electronic copy to your registered email address.
EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
When you buy any product from our Website, we really want you to have a great experience but unfortunately sometimes errors inevitable and although we are very careful with our Quality Control before dispatching an order, we do not guarantee that it will meet your expectation. As a policy, we only accept returns in the case where a product that has been delivered to you is Damaged or is Defected and in such an unlikely event you may return the product by contacting us at contact@soulnroot.com. In such an event, kindly inform us of the problem by email within 24 hours of receipt. Also, please ensure the returned product is unused and has the original packaging and Invoice.
In the event where you write to us within 24hrs of receiving the order, our team will contact you at the earliest and assist you with the return process. In case if you place a refund request we may at our discretion inspect a returned product before processing your refund and the amount to be refunded will be done through the same online mode of payment that it was originally made, within 15 days of the request being verified and subject to the issuing bank's policy.
We understand you have had a bad experience with our product delivered so we would never change courier fee in case you feel the need to return and we will born such fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As we respect your decision to buy any product from our Website (www.soulnroot.com), we also respect your decision to cancel any order but you must cancel only before an order is processed. All you need to do is write an email to us contact@soulnroot.com for placing a cancellation request. Depending on the status of your order we reserve all the rights to refuse any request to cancel an order.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SoulnRoot a brand by SRA Nature Care, its Directors, employees, shareholders and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney fees arising from or related to your use of our Website.

Any dispute relating to purchase through www.soulnroot.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New Delhi, India.
We may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief from any court in India and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue in such courts.
Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration Act.
The arbitrator award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Force Majeure shall include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control including among others strike, lockout or other forms of protest, civil unrest, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack, terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation of war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, endemic, pandemic or any other natural disaster, inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motorized transport or other means of transport, public or private, inability to use public or private telecommunication systems, acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority, strike, failure or accident in maritime or river transport, postal transport or any other type of transport.
It shall be understood that our obligations deriving from Contracts are suspended during the period in which Force Majeure remains ineffective and we will be given an extension of the period in which to fulfil these obligations by an amount of time equal to the time that the situation of Force Majeure lasted.
We will provide all reasonable resources to end the situation Force Majeure or to find a solution that enables us to fulfil our obligations by virtue of the Contract, despite the situation of Force Majeure.
